Thank you for choosing Canada Copier Remarketing! We understand that sometimes you might need to return or request a refund for a product you purchased. To ensure a smooth process, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for unused and unopened products within 14 days of your purchase. Our customer service representatives will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your product.

Please note:

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused and unopened condition.
• We will not accept returns for used products, opened packages, or products damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive a notification email confirming your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened toner cartridges or refill kits
• Used copier supplies
• Any product not purchased directly from Canada Copier Remarketing

Warranty Claims

All our refurbished copiers and toners come with a standard warranty. If your product is malfunctioning within the warranty period, please contact us for warranty service. Our warranty covers repairs or replacements for defective parts.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
