Go to the vendor’s website and download the printer drivers for that particular model for your operating system (Windows/Apple). Run the file and then go to the explorer to add new printer using the same drivers.

If the copier doesn’t indicate where jam has occurred remove all paper trays and any paper that may be stuck between the tray and the printer. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it. Open the printer door that allows you access to the printer ink cartridges or toner and look for any stuck paper. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it.

CMYK refers to the primary colors of pigment: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. These are the color powers used during printing in a “4-color process printing system”, commonly referred to as “full color printing”.

Every toner cartridge/bottle has a yield printed on label. That number indicates an approximate number of the copies it can be used for, depending on letter/photo content of the prints

Many manufacturers have dedicated apps you can download and configure to enable this feature and they all differ slightly. For some models you need to obtain the wireless module separately
